Exterior Visualization & Design of a House in Egypt

3D RoC 's new architectural visualization and design project for a customers house in Cairo-Egypt. The customer wanted us to introduce a new design concept for the exterior of his building because he didn’t like the one proposed by the contractor at the beginning of his project as shown below.

Overall we tried to apply elements of modern architecture as indicated by the customer. We punctuated volumes of the building ( front-back and middle side facades ) by painting a dark color introducing in that way points of interest for the viewer. We placed a design element volume at the side entrance of the building to give it a more dramatic feeling. We introduced the cubic brushed metal light sources that give nice shadows during the day and a special lighting theme at night. This project is finished. The customer is very pleased with the design and we are happy to introduce another successful project completion from 3D RoC.
